Use the forum search function for photobucket. It's quite simple.

to do this. i can't recall the member though. anyone recall? image they even had screen shots of photo-bucket's

site with all the steps. it was very helpful. i should have saved the post. image

Everybody spouts out photobucket. While photobucket certainly works, google picasa is also free and works even better (better performance - you photos will load faster for others; and more flexibility as to what resolution to display your photos).

Go to Photobucket and get an account and upload your image(s), after you are done with all of that put your cursor on the image you want to display (it will drag down) and left click again on "IMG code", you are now loaded for a CU image.
You can either do it before you enter CU or minimize CU and fetch it when you need it. (I think I did a crappy job of "splaining)

I forgot to mention, once you are ready to post your image all you need to do is "right click" and paste.

    Isn't this easy? image
