Where can I find a guide to Bank of Upper Canada tokens (half-penny & penny)

I've been trying to locate a decent guide to these online. Just want issue and mintage information, really. There's nothing in the Charlton which makes no sense.

The standard is: Charlton's Standard Catalogue of Canadian Colonial Tokens, 7th edition, editor WK Cross.

    Short version:
    halfpenny 1850, 1852 medal, 1852 coinage, 1854 plain 4, 1854 crosslet 4, 1857
    penny 1850 with and w/out dot, 1852 medal small - large - wide 2, 1852 coinage narrow and large 2, 1854 plain and crosslet 4, 1857

Mintages are not stated by Charlton or Haxby though I suspect they approach 100,000 or more. Most of them are very common, the crosslet 4s being the hardest to find.

Since most were, essentially, privately struck, there is no real mintage information. As above, the Charlton Token book is the best/easiest to find, but some libraries will have Courteneau or the other specialist references. You can special order some of the scarce books from libraries or from the CNA, if a member.
