1968 Bazooka help needed

would this be an automatic PSA 1?
I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but have no experience with these.
The second layer of cardboard was peeled off for some unknown reason.

I don't know, PSA routinely hands out 8s and 9s on cards with all of the white border trimmed off.

I think the border is black but I guess everyone has their own take on what these should look like.

Ok I see the card, but where in the white is there anything that is part of the actual card just looks like part of the box to me.

I would have to agree with psa that the black border takes the place of the dashed lines usually found on bazooka, otherwise what determines the size of the card.

That is a very good question. On the other hand the cards with the dotted line all have a box of white border around the picture as well. It's a matter of preference I guess. Myself, I would much rather have a card that looked like the Seaver above as a shaved one just to get a higher grade. I am thinking on your example above since the overlap of the box has been pulled off they may look at it as paper loss on the back and give it a 1-2.
