Platinum finally moving up?

I've been expecting platinum to rise to at least 2008 levels, since gold, silver, and palladium have eclipsed those values, but until recently platinum hasn't been following the other PMs. Now it appears it's rising even if silver and gold are going sideways; is this a new trend?
