Would a roll of 1955D MS quarters have any numismatic premium today?

The roll has been opened (I could not resist). Two end roll toners are present (one's obverse is toned and the other's reverse is toned) with the toning being a mottled light grey. The 50 coins are nice MS coins, with most of them probably falling into the MS63 range. Many of the coins have light spotting on them.
The silver content of the roll is just over 7 ounces (0.18 ounce per coin times 40 coins) and the bullion value of the silver is about $325.00 (at $45.00 per ounce, didn't silver nose dive to the $45-$46 range today?).
In other words, should I hold onto the roll as a collectible or sell it for melt?

Sorry I saw nickels from the other post. Not quarters.

I would not pay a premium for the roll unless it was still bankwrapped. You might do better on ebay though.
