$100 Silver Bank Bag - Rare?

I bought a large collection of bank bags and this was the most interesting one. Does anyone have an idea of the value?

It is interesting , ive hesitated to reply as i really don't know , i do have a nice collection of old bank bags though and few have a description of whats inside quite like that.Most don't refer to what's inside but a few do,those that do have the denomination of coin though.
