The last buying opportunity before the move in May. But paper PM's may be cheaper still come July-August.
After late this year we may not see silver <$50 ever again.

The only buyer that should be concerned about timing a bottom is the one looking for quick profit. Long term stackers should buy as the funds become available. In the end it will all be profit.

If you have none, better buy some.

If you have a bunch, better wait a bit.

    ..............

If there are substantial FOMC leaks, my WAG is that silver
will visit the $38 to $42 territory tomorrow.

If The Bernanke sells his wares successfully on Wednesday,
sub-$30 by next week is quite possible.

    .................

If the "debt ceiling" show fools enough folks during the next
month, it is prolly best to watch silver tank and buy in big when
    it gets its strength back.

    ................................

Bargain hunters are already tempting fate tonight. They might
be able to revive the beast by morning, but I dunno.

It's safe to trade the stuff in here, but holding it overnight is a
    50/50 guess at best.

There is a lot of merit in that notion, but it would still
be nice to get in as cheaply as possible.

Whoa! A call for $15 silver here?

    VERY unlikely, but certainly possible.

    I was pretty sure it would breeze thru $50 and past $60;
since that did not happen, I am a little cautious.

I've never had much luck timing the market. If I have the spare cash and an opportunity presents itself, I'll buy no matter what the price is since I'm in it for the long haul.
