well i have been sporadically on here as of late,

so i am trying to c if he is still around, to see how i can proceed.... if possible anyways

is there a specific procedure to request censure/banishment for a person who defaults on receipt of payment?

I believe that it will be PCGS's position that you enter into any BST board transactions at your own risk.

Have you tried sending a PM to the seller ? Its your first course of action if theres a problem.Tee135 wasn't banned as far as i was aware and i believe posted as recent as yesterday.Send a PM.

that i understand,

however their is also a public market amongst the people here,
and i assume a valued badge of honor or integrity for those who b,s,t here

so i guess, the best is to just make known that he has defaulted on my delivery,
and i gave him the utmost time, respect, benefit of the doubt, etc

so hopefully for the sake of one,
no one will respond to him, until he makes it right,

which i assume should be real easy, just throw it in a priority box & send it
