I vote no as well. The two larger feathers exhibit strike doubling, if the coin were the DDO you would see doubling on the third small feather and (especially in that grade) the date.

The 1916 DDO is unmistakably visible at the date:

Your coin is not the DDO.

The doubling on the 6 of a real coin would be highly visible even in this grade.

I guess this anomaly inside the loop of the 6 is what you are seeing, right? As Howard provided, you can see the difference in the actual doubled date.
