I might redeem a few silver eagles this year

I am sitting here waiting for my brother to come over so we can head on out to the golf course. We usually play the cheaper courses $15-25 dollars for 18. But this year I can sell a few eagles and play some really nice courses. Might even upgrade the beer

Sounds like a great plan, enjoy the profits. Upgrading your golf course, beer and sharing with your brother.

I'm thinking along those same lines... the wife & I would like to take a little mini vacation and celebrate our anniversary this summer.
I might just pay for some or all of it with silver profits... I don't really have a shtf mind set.
I certainly believe that it's been a really safe place to park my cash for preservation of purchasing power.

The way I'm thinking... If we spend roughly $1k on a little getaway and pay for it with silver proceeds, it's really like spending my initial $250-$300 investment.

Wait a bit longer and upgrade the clubs.

With so many people talking about selling just try to make sure you aren't the last guy holding.
