Percent of ATB issue already graded by PCGS

Was just browsing some pops, and saw that nearly 17,300 ATB s have been graded by PCGS (some for the 2nd time, apparently), which is over 10% of the issue of 165,000 pieces. Just thought that was interesting.

    I think those numbers are skewed. We have no way on knowing how many of those are the coin being resubmitted until it comes back a 70.image

    Do the pop reports include the coins from AMark, etc. that were slabbed by PCGS as BU but not graded?
