(3) PCGS FIRST STRIKE Graded Sets of America The Beautiful National Park Bullion Coins
The first (2) Sets have consecutive serial #s and were graded BEFORE PCGS decided to give out DMPL and PL certifications. I think many of these are PL to DMPL, IMHO.
