    Looks like PCGS needs to buy back this one.
    I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.

    I've heard from several people that dealers use TT to blow out coins that they can't sell or that they don't want polluting their display cases. This must be one of them.

    If one could get rid of the brown stuff, It might make DMPL, Heritage pics are darn near worthless to tell the mirror depth on DMPL Morgans.
