2006 Feuchtwanger Cent? Yup! (sort of)

I knew these Gallery Mint pieces were out there, but I suppose a low production, you dont see them too often and when this one popped up on ebay it seemed to be calling to me... I wanna meet Great Great Grandpa and be part of the Collection!
so, auction sniper and me paid the ungodly price of $51 for this, and yes, it does have a scratch on the other side (which matters not for my purposes).
Its about 1 mm larger than an original, and with a gallery mint lettered edge. The Eagle seems to be closest to obverse 5. Though Im not certain, it looks as if it may actually be struck from German Silver.

btw - I told GMM employee Michael Ellis at the time that the bird was missing its tongue.
They done a really nice job on the dentils.
To show the black pool fields and cameo frost,
and now a series of comparison shots, the 174 year old one, and the 5 year old one!
Is that not Amazing? Its almost like capturing Van Goghs paintstroke technique.
Here I buy these xpensive coins and I get the willies over a repro!
