If this has been discussed before, I missed it. Anyway, I recall that like 3 to 4 years ago the home shopping coin shows were selling a healthy amount of gold and silver coins (including morgan dollar sets) in which the viewer could pay in multi-months installments at a locked in price. I'm just wondering if some folks who bought then at a locked in price are still paying on installments but now paying prices that are way below melt today?
