The thing that makes me wonder most is the 65%

Is the seller selling alot of one year or set, doing a set break etc.? If so, I don't see a problem. It's 22 items with 52 bids, averages out to 2.5 bids per item, not too bad. Not like he is bumping $2 at a time until he hits a max bid.

If you only collect 1 sport or one set and you find a seller who has a matching inventory I could see bidding like that. Another question would be how many items does the seller have? If he has 200 and this "bidder" has bid on 16 of them (65% of 22) there should be no issue. More alarming if the seller has 16 items and the bidder has hit all 16 and they are unrelated.
  • when I was building a set there was one seller that that had like 300 cards from the set I was building, I bid on like 40 of them and that was the only seller that month that i put bids in with so my stats would have looked like :
    30-Day Summary
    Total bids: 78
    Items bid on: 40
Bid activity (%) with this seller: 100%
    Bid retractions: 0
    Bid retractions (6 months): 1

this was of course was when you could still see who you were bidding against and now its a big mystery who you are bidding against which leads to paranoia and finally madness & insanity thinking the seller is a crook using a shill bidder to steal your money.
I don't worry about shill bidders to much I just make a low start bid and then bid again when the auction is near it's end or just put my max bid in and forget it, either i win or I lose. I am one of the old school, I don't use snipe bid or any program like it. jmho
