Who are Today's Leaders in Numismatics?

The men and women who define what numismatics is today? The leaders within the coin collecting community.
I'd be interested in reading who you believe the top talent is and why.

No doubt, Q. David is on that list, as always.
I noticed that I personally didn't make the list of the top 100 most influential people in Numismatics this year. Still wondering why I missed it.
I never thought that growing old would happen so fast.

    We the people....
I manage money. I earn money. I save money .
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.

Leaders and top talent not necessarily the same thing.

Top talent makes a lot of money out of existing discipline. Won't name names but you know who they are.

Leaders take the biz in new directions. Think David Hall, or the Heritage guys.
