1921-P Morgan VAM-63

I've got a '21 Morgan that I have tentatively identified as being a Vam63(doubled TED STATES). Does anyone know how common this VAM is? I've looked at the VAMWorld pages and can't find anything. I know it isn't in the Top 100 or anything, I was just curious.

R-5 several thousand....rare.... is what I see at VAMWorld.

What's the I-2 that is just before the R-5 mean?

It means "minor die variety with some interest to variety collectors".
