Interesting comparison . . . both the best at what they do (did) -- and compensated as such -- in our great free market economy.

With respect to the huge difference in their respective wealth -- many people have a hard time understanding the difference between a million and a billion.

If a single playing card equals 1 million dollars -- you'd need about 20 decks to equal a billion dollars.

I saw that in an email joke going around in 1996. I printed it out and still have it somewhere. The title was "Is it better to be a jock or a nerd." I think that is why they reference the show Friends as well.
