Anyone try loggin in and back out of the set registry or orders lately?

C/s told me log out and back in, they can do it fine, however I am brought back to the start log in page..cant access sets, order etc...course now they say try turning the computer off and on...I didnt know thy offered tech support too!

    Sometimes rebooting does help me in situations like that Ted. I presume you've already done it?

    working for me fine. Shut down (rather than hit restart) and start up again. If that doesn't work try switching browsers. If that works dump the cache in the problem browser and restart, that should fix it.

    BTW just used ie instead of firefox so most likely the cache

    even weirder, all my in person subs are under my other email with it's own password, but they are able to see both at PSA
