Why hasn't CME raised min. buying requirements like it did twice back in Nov. '10?

You would think that they would've stepped in and raised min. purchases again...they did twice in 2 weeks when Silver was only in the mid $20's. Why not now?

From my recollection they've done it multiple times since November. One in March for example. Google is your friend.

Last time there was a lot of public screaming that the CME was manipulating the market because it was done intra-day and crushed a rally. I'm sure they'll raise margins again though.

thanks rr, wasn't aware of that. funny how I didn't hear anything about it on the financial channels...maybe I was out selling
