When I saw that coin i knew somebody would have something to say about it. To be honest if its still there and I dont spend to much and central states. It wont be there no more. I like the coin alot
It has some serious eye appeal and to be honest with I've payed more than double for some of my Buffs with nice color. Sooooo, now it's my turn, if you want this coin here it is....Pay up....
The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
This is going to come off as harsh - in reality its just be giving my honest opinions. I pre-apologize if this rubs anyone the wrong way.
a) wrong forum b) from the images it certainly appears to be a coin worthy of premium over even PCGS book. c) and while I do appreciate that best offer is available, the BIN price just seems ludicrous to me at 2x PCGS retail guide and will turn off a LOT of potential customers
Please don't take this the wrong way. I marvel over MANY of the Buffalos crazyhounddog posts from his collection. But IMHO you are shooting yourself in the foot by listing a BIN price that is unlikely to be met. When running the piece as a pure auction would generate a significantly larger audience which would, in the end, generate a sale price significantly higher than PCGS guide prices.
I don`t mean to step on any buyer`s dreams but in my opinion that coin is worth more than two times any price sheet. Give it to Brandon at Jon E. Cash`s, have him offer it on eBay starting at one cent, run it for ten days and end it on a Sunday night. Feature it.
My prediction is that it realizes three times sheet or more, after you pay Brandon.

I think this would be much better off communicated via Private Message than on the forum.

What, to everyone? I`ll do that next time instead of going on vacation. I`m sure of it. Totally confident.
<< <i>This coin sold privately (not to me) for $1700 in case someone wants to know. >>
The coin was sold on e-bay for the best offer.... Everyone had a chance to buy this coin. I don't want to hear any blubbering about it. I had some more than fair offers on this coin, no question, but I made it perfectly clear what I was asking for the coin. If ya snooze ya lose.....
