Return shipping question

I have only done 5 subs so far but everytime my sub popped before it says shipped within 24 hours of poppage. Well I had one pop early yesterday and it still doesn't say anything about being shipped, status still says ok not shipped. Is it common for it to take more than one day to get out?

I'm pretty sure I remember a few of mine taking a day or longer to actually show shipped on the status.
