Help resizing photo for avatar?

Would some kind soul please help me resize this pic for avatar load up? It seems the window of opportunity still exists. Thanks!
And for those interested in NJ coppers, it's a 1788 Head Left, Maris 49-f. One of the highlights of my collection. I just love "the look..."

Wow, this has to be a pic of the same coin as there arent too many NJ Copper with head facing lefts. This one is former RTS pedigree.

the different color backgrounds are playing tricks with your eyes.

they are all the same coin and the same photo.

Thanks guys. For a minute there I thought that a picture of this coin already existed in the avatar files PCGS keeps. The "upload your own icon" window is closed so all of this will have to wait.
I do appreciate all the help.

Same photo with a brown background to bring out some more of the detail when the size is reduced.
