PayPal payment under review?!?!?!

Has anyone had this happen recently?? The buyer's address is confirmed so I am not sure what the problem would be?

    This started happening to me on occasions a few months ago. One of the buyers was a long time customer who I then emailed and asked if he knew what was going on. He had no idea, plus he said the money he paid me with came directly from his account, not a bank or a credit card. All I can think is it's another way Paypal is getting you, just keeping money tied up for a few more days.
    From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

    Happened once to me recently, payment was approved in about 24 hr.

    Sometimes there is.....depends upon what you are doing and who you are dealing with....
