A chance to purchase some high graded Peace dollars. These high grades are not seen too often. The set has 4 Jack Lee pedigree coins and ten of the 24 coins are CAC. The set was started back in 1995, so 23 of the coins are in the green holders.

Some people do not realize how rare Peace dollars are in the higher grades. There are only 2 coins in the entire series with a grade of MS68, and only191 Peace dollars have been graded MS67. I have gained an appreciation of what the phrase "condition rarity" really means with Peace dollars. One can build a complete circulated set for maybe $1000, but somewhere between MS63 and MS64, the population figures get really skinny, and individual coins start going for more than the aforementioned full set. At MS65 and higher, it may be easier to do a moon mission than build a set--certainly cheaper.
