Estimate information please. Double struck dime with date and a Hibernia in low grade with a squar

My neighbor asked me to look over her coin collection so that she could equally divide it up among her grandchildren. Mostly 90% and lots of silver dollars (real ones not Ikes) - no good dates though. I thought I found one that was marked 1928 but she just read the date wrong - it was 1923. Some bank notes including brown seals from local banks. Not a bad collection considering everything was pulled from circulation. Her husband was a banker in the 50s-70s.

Need help/opinions on the following 2 items.

Double struck dime from the 80s with the second strike containing the date as well. I told her $20 but was not sure as I am not up on my errors.

A low grade hibernia colonial with a square nail hole. I told her while the rarest coin she had it was probably not worth much due to condition. I told her I would get back to her on it as I had no idea

The double struck dimes value greatly depends on how much of the 2nd strike is visible. I'll start it at $40 or perhaps much more depending on that second strikes eye appeal.

Double struck double dated dime should be a $50 plus coin depending on the condition and the amount of off center the second strike is.

Thanks guys! The second strike is squarely centered around the second date. Is read easily, affected portion is about 1/5 to 1/4 the size of the dime. Coin is uncirculated and looks nice with no distractions other than the error itself.

I know that some colonial coin collectors like to buy pieces with holes just for fun, and normally square holes are cooler than round holes to these collectors. Though it's value would probably be in the $25 range for such a coin. (assuming the Hibernia is in fairly low grade)
