I've heard this the last couple days on a Little Rock radio station. They are paying 15x face for 90% silver. I've never actually heard a RADIO ad with a buy price.

Are they giving people the information that pre-1965 quarters and dimes are silver?

I've been expecting to see a lot of 'cash4silver' ads show up, with the same fervor and rip-offedness as the gold operations, and with 15x face, looks like the cat is out of the bag.
