Considering condition and price...would you buy this coin...or would you hold out for an AU-58?

And being sold by a "toy guy," and not a coin guy. Wonder where he got it?

Could have gotten it from anywhere. Once your relatives, coworkers, neighbors, etc. know you are an Ebay seller, they all have something for you to sell for them.image

And if you sell a partridge in a pear tree, you'll win a lovely toaster!

Not a terrible example, but I am not a fan of the discoloration at 9:00 on the reverse. I think you could find a nicer example in the same grade or in an AU58.

Decent looking '94-O, and more lustre than I'm used to seeing for this date. Larger photos shows more scuffing than I expected, though, and I'm really hoping that mark through U in Pluribus is on the holder.
    When in doubt, don't.

    Rich,

Hard to tell all that much but it looks nicer then a lot of 58's I have seen so it's a candidate from what i can see. The vast majority are pretty poor for this date and this one looks pretty decent.

Not bad looking. If you want to pick nits, there are a couple spots on the reverse. (Gotta wonder about the Ottawa mint, though.)
