I need hep. Can't identify this coin. I know they made it in silver but this one is definitely not silver. Please Help

    Early in that pieces life it was a silver plated copper forgery of a 5 francs of King Louis Phillipe of France.
    In memory of my kitty Seryozha 14.2.1996 ~ 13.9.2016 and Shadow 3.4.2015 - 16.4.21
