It's a PM-10 pin from around the 1950s (perhaps as early as the 40s and into the 60s); they were sold at Ballparks around the country - there were - I believe 4 variations to the pin - your pin is not the rarest - but not the most plentiful either.
Your variation is the "Pee Wee" - B on cap - white background variation.
I have pins with and without ribbons and charms.
PSA grades pins without the ribbons and charms - they put them in coin holders.
I'm sorry - I have no idea on the value.
Since it's a Dodger - and Reese - I believe it's way more popular than other team/players.
I don't believe there's much of a premium for having the ribbon and charms attached - tho I do think they look good.
Some PM-10s come with just the ribbon and others with ribbon and charms.
That's all I know.
edit: what size is your pin? Guess - 1 3/4"?
Here's a couple of "team" PM-10 pins with attachments:
If the ribbon has the team written on it or the name of the player, then there may be more interest in paying a premium for it IMO.

<< <i>Thanks for the ton of info Mike >>
You're welcome.
BTW - in the condition of your pin - if put up on ebay - I'm pretty sure it will bring more than 100 bucks - but that's just a guess.
