You can purchase 1-10 back issues going back as early as 1963 for $2.50 each from a menu at greysheet.com. Everything on your list should be contained in each of the four weekly issues you need.

I know that. I am doing this as a favor for a customer, and I don't want to pay the $10.

I have a bunch of old Greysheets, but none of the issues you're asking for.
    Sorry.
    When in doubt, don't.

Maybe Kitco.com or some other precious metals dealer has the price of gold for that day or month. Otherwise pay the $10. You'll make it back on the next transaction with him.

I actually haven't done any business with this gentleman. He had a shady transaction with a dealer out of California, and needs the historical info for his legal uses.

I'm not looking for historical gold and silver prices. Just Grey Sheet Bid for the above items.

    a) He's (at best) a potential customer?

    b) He's in a lawsuit and wants documentation but won't spend $10? Your verbal information will not be admissible in court. Even copies might be challenged.

    c) Gold and silver quotes and standard markups for these very fungible commodities can be easily calculated. XF Indian $2 1/2's are as close to fungible as any common coin with an extrinsic premium.

Why are you working this hard?

    Correct

I'm sure he would pay for the sheets if he needed them for a court case. I was just trying to get the info for him, and he can decide if he wants to purchase the info.

Spreads change all the time. I can estimate values for him, but I thought exact GS prices would be best.

Not sure why this important. I wasn't working all that hard. Just asked a fairly simple question that I'm sure a bunch of people have the answer to. I feel sorry for the guy.
