A venture to the Darkside - Canadian Silver Dollars - 1971 and 1972

Greetings all ye Darksider's.

I've picked up a grouping of beautifully toned Canadian Silver Dollars from my local B&M 3 each from 1972 and 1971.

I picked them up for a forum friend and then got the other 3 cuz I liked 'em and figured he would as well. However, in doing a little research as to just what I had, I plugged in the certificate numbers and it seems there is a bit of confusion as to the coin number for these and whether they are Proof/Special strikes. Or are there both?

The 1972's are PCGS coin #32600 (PR66's) and the 1971's are PCGS coin #32599 (PR65, PR66 & PR68). It appears that there is also an SP coin number for each of these years 173210 and 34143...is there actually a difference between these coins or are they the same thing?

What would be an approximate value of these? (...as I'm pretty sure I got them bought well.) I've seen some pretty ridiculous prices on Ebay (unsold) and thought I'd check with some experts.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
