Thoughts on this Gretzky Rookie and could it cross...

I am in talks to buy this and it currently sits in a BVG holder. What do you think the chances are it crosses to a PSA 8 or better?

I like it. I feel like BVG is harder on rough cuts. If it's in a BVG 8 holder with that cut you may be ok.

does the "rough cut" appear 'up' on the card versus other cards where it appears down and away from edges?

I kind of thought something was up with that too. Usually the card is rough cut on one or maybe 2 sides...but I wasn't sure..
