Seeking advice about SMS Coins

Is anyone aware of whether the 1965 set was originally sold in the blue hard holder as well as the flat pack. I've had several flat pack sets, but I recently saw a 1965 set in the hard holder like the 1966, and couldn't decide if it was ever shipped that way from the mint?
Developing theory is what we are meant to do as academic researchers

    It was sold in the flat pack only. I've repackaged cut up flat pack sets in the hard style (1966-1967) packages. I've had them sell for more on eBay even though I've stated that they aren't original.

    That's what I thought, but no mention of it is made in the auction. I appreciate the help.
