Red Sox team signed baseball. help!

My grandfather gave me a baseball that was signed by the entire red sox team. He gave me the ball well over 10 years ago. I know it is older than that because it was old when he gave it to me. I have no idea when it is from.
I can make out a few of the names: Fred Lynn, Carl Yastrzemski, Dave Rader, Jerry Remy And the first names I can read are: Jim D., Jack B., Dick D., Bill C. and Steve R.
There are plenty more names as well. From the names I've looked up it seems to be from the late 70's to early 80's.
If anyone can tell me when it is from and how much it might be worth that would be awesome. Not that i'd sell it, I'm just curious.
Thanks

I hope it's authentic. But then again I know absolutely nothing about baseball. Well, if it's not real, at least it still has sentimental value!
Worth maybe 10.00 - 20.00, more if it's from 1975 (to the right person)
One way to see what year it is, is to write down all the names on the ball.
Go to a site that lists the rosters for the years you think it could be from
and sooner or later you can narrow it down.
Welcome aboard.
No real loss since you were not selling anyway.
Steve
But looking at the pics i agree with jeffcbay it looks like a facsifmile auto ball. Still cool but not much value.
Welcome to the board.
