image

Got this in early 1990's signed by a family friend who worked for the Orlando Magic.

Jordan auto experts tell me your thoughts if it is real or fake?

Thank you

Looks to be a nice, vintage, 1988-1990 authentic signature to me.

The year was 1990 when I got the card.
  • What the heck why not spend the $20 and get it authenticated.

I am going to send it in. Just thought I would ask and see if anyone had any opinions.

This has been sitting in a card album since 1990. I only subbed cards to PSA a year ago and this was not at the top of my list.

Bull no this was not obtained by me. I would like to think if I met Jordan I would know it was real.

A friend in middle school's step mom worked for the Orlando Magic and got it. I have another Jordan auto that I sent directly to him for the fan mail. It took six months and one day I opened the mail and an awesome Jordan signed picture that I had mailed off arived with a seperate sheet of paper that said compliments of Micchael Jordan with a stamped seal on it. I about died. There are stories he had others sign those but it sits in a frame on my wall.

This one I just pulled out today as I was looking at some baseball cards and thought I would see what others thought. I will send it in at some point and find out either way.

He was very easy to get through the mail in the early 90s. Think I had 3 cards signed by him at one time. Wish I hung onto at least one of them image

    That is great to know.

The picture I have is awesome. It is him dunking at a Magic game on a break away and Marc Acres is standing in awe.

My twin brother got his back as well but it was a few months apart. We got the idea through Beckett Basketball at the time. We both have thim to this day.

Oh okay, I thought maybe it was social commentary on how everyone goes for the "fake" tag whenever it comes to non-certified autos. I think that thing will pass with flying colors.
