1964 Topps Giants Kaline, Skowron SP, Clemente, Yaz, Spahn 1967 T Pin-Ups Aaron

I accidentally posted this in the Set Reg. forum, so I thought I would bring it over here. I just found this old set of mine and wondered if anyone had ever sent these in for grading. The Skowron (SP) is very nice, 1 perfect corner and 3 with light touches. Please let me know what you think.

I would only grade SPs that look like 8's or better, others that look like 9's, or Mantle. There are plenty of 8's floating around for cheap.

From the small scans, Skowron looks too o/c for a straight 8, but Spahn looks promising.

    Good luck.

  • Thanks for your input. I see what you mean, I just searched Ebay prices and if less than a 9, I could buy them cheaper than grade them. I am trying to get together a large lot of my super sized stuff to save on return shipping since you can't send it in with reg. cards.

  • I guess the same would hold true for my set of 1967 Topps Pin Ups?

Tall boys and supersized items also go on separate submission forms
    the pin ups are supersized
    the 64 giants are tallboys

don't bother with those pin ups -they will get psa 2-3-4
any questions about pin ups you can pm me
