Need Some Help; 1998 Flair Legacy Row 0 No Name on Back - Fakes?

I purchased a few 98 Legacy Row 0 cards, they don't have the name in blue foil on back, and I received a message from a concerned ebayer stating that these are fakes. He said that these were made from stolen uncut sheets. I have done a search and found a bunch of message board posts confirming the story. I am going to ask for a refund, but first I would like to find a published article to show the seller, and was hoping someone could point me to one.
