5-star DSR for shipping time: Buyers will not be able to leave a score less than 5 stars for shipping time when you specify 1-day handling and upload tracking information to My eBay by the end of the next business day (Pacific Time) after the buyer's payment clears.

Easy to fool computers if the computers do not ensure the tracking number is valid.

You just got that eMail? Policy was changed a couple months ago. Also, it's missing a couple pieces. You have to offer expedited shipping, and the buyer has to receive the item within four days.
