I'll need to re-evaluate how I submit coins for grading in the future.

I submitted my son's and daughter's submissions in the same box (two different submissions). They were basically the same submission (8 clad coins for TrueViews and SecurePlus). PCGS was a little quicker than normal with my son's order (sent 2/28, graded 3/25, arrived 3/28 - 30 day turnaround). Regretfully, my daughter's submission still hasn't been graded. Best case scenario is my daughter will receive her coins Thursday if they grade and ship tomorrow. It's not that big of a deal to us older adults, but it's very significant to pre-teens. 
In the future, I'll have to submit their coins half-and-half so at least both will receive something and neither will receive nothing.

That is what first popped into my head. Not so much deceit, as what they don't know wont hurt them! Now when the boy complains about what is taking so long on his submisson, just blame PCGS lol.
