mechanical error psa question

howdy out there. anyone ever have psa put your cards with wrong flips? i got my order including 2 of the kobe bryant rookies from the flair showcase set with the row 0 in the the row 1 case and vice versa. so, will send back to them. questions:

a. are they good about refunding postage, as it's their error, etc.
b. both cards seem to be to have been very harshly graded. i intend to put a note about that in with the order to ask them to take a hard look before fixing the error. anyone ever have any experience with similar situations? any luck with that? etc.

    They will pay for return postage to you but not sure about the refund of postage to them.

    They will not re-evaluate the grade.

    They compensate you for the postage you pay to ship them. I've done it before.
