    Maybe Moldnut didn't win it...he did sound a little sarcastic!

    I think the price was fair. Maybe the piece is really worth $2250-2400, but I don't think there's much more in it.
    Other dealers with the same die marriage in lower grades have it priced around where it sold, but then again
    those coins are still on those dealer websites! This coin in this grade sold in the middle range of other auction
    prices (i.e. at Heritage) over the previous 5 years. Therefore prices on this die marriage seem relatively stable
    and there doesn't seem to be much of a run in demand! Maybe that will change wit the new Bust Quarter Book!
