Any info on the 1991 Pinnacle Emmitt Smith Promo (P42)?

Just wondering if any of the serious promo/Cowboys/Emmitt collectors have any specifics on this card.

I recently purchased a box containing other misc. promo items and there was a small batch of Emmitt's 1991 Pinnacle #42. There is a promo listed in the annuals but they do not provide any info as to what sets it apart from the pack-issued card.

Any idea what I should be looking for? Thanks in advance!

So what was the info you found on this? I ask because I just bought one and would like to know what I am looking for. The seller claims it is a promo but the P1 card # is not on the back of the card.
