Summerof68 Need Pack Resealer Help!

Afternoon,

I have been watching this POS Pack Resealer: pchts operate on E-Bay for a couple of years now and am wondering how he just keeps plugging along. I am pretty sure that he has been mentioned by Summerof68 before, just wondering how he and clowns that are Known ReSealers just keep getting away with it?

    He's actually small potatoes compared to some others...even more disconcerting are all the positive feedbacks from buyers who will never open their packs and discover the truth..


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    That's why when buying, know the seller personally, or buy like we do from BBCE.
