Looks more like a filled die to me than a
    struck thru error.

It's a nice looking frosty coin, but not a rare
    or super-valuable error, imo.

If you put it up on Ebay, it'll bring a 35%-45%
premium, or thereabouts. However, if someone
likes it because of the 'look', it could bring more.

I don't know, but I wish PCGS would provide photos of the slabs online like NGC does!

NGC does not grade many of these types of errors. The grade really does not matter, All the matters is the coolness of the error.

It's neat but if your expectations are that the value is approaching anywhere near 4 figures your going to be disappointed.

I think they should have called it "Struck Through Grease" as that seems to be the correct
description. Maybe they meant to and left off the last word.

Grease is normally the culprit, but it could be anything that ends up between the die and the coin. Here's the thread on my gold eagle strike thru that just certified:
    AGE reverse strike thru

No, completely different and a huge price difference, sorry.

Not really. On your coin the obverse is fully struck, not possible with a die adjustment strike.

I don't see a grade on the slab, yet you say it was graded. Do you mean to say that it was slabbed instead?

No as if it was a die adjustment trial strike it wouldn't have fully formed rims.

Look at the lack of rims on this Die Trial Adjustment Strike.

Now look at this Strike Through as they look the same based on the central weakness but this has fully formed rims.
