JEFFERSONS IN THE PCGS PRICE GUIDE

I noticed in the PCGS price guide for Jeffersons there is a price for FS and a plus underneath with a higher price for a + coin. What does the + indicate?

Plus indicates premium quality for the grade(in PCGS opinion)...essentially a 66+ is a 66.7-66.9 grade coin. Beginning about a year ago, they started grading coins with a plus along with the numerical grade if warranted. The + in the price guide indicates coins awarded that designation by PCGS grading in the last year.
