Source on the US minted gold coins used to pay Saudi Arabia?? Other country? Source? Fair Price?

There was a post the other day and I can't find it that showed a completed ebay auction for a ANACS gold coin that was used to repay someone in the middle east sometime from 1950'S-on? Any pictures, info, who has them and fair prices would be much appreciated!

    Just do a search at the top of the screen for "SAUDI"

    The AU you referenced on ebay went for around 3k.

    Like any auction there were a couple bidders that drove results to that price.

    Most think that was overpriced by several hundred dollars.
