is this the #1 d/s, or some other rpm?

I think the mintmark location on your coin is slightly higher than the position on the D/S #1.
On the D/S #1 the top of the D is about level with the tail of the 9 but on your coin it's higher.
So that rules out the D/S OMM #1.
Your coin might be an RPM but can't tell from the pics.

Using bolivar's OMM#1 as a reference, the mintmark position relative to the date does not match.
