Anywhere to buy besides eBay?

I just had an infuriating situation with eBay and I really want to just close my account. I think their practices suck, to put it bluntly.

However, where else can you buy graded cards? All I know right now is there and the BST forum here.

Can any of you tell me where else you buy graded cards from? Thanks!
